Senior UX Designer - content design (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Lantern Early Learning Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would join a large organisation of about 720 people based in Austin. What you will do • Design for tasks around enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
