Senior UX Designer - content design (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Nova Linden Banking Services and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be content design. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in fraud alerts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
