Senior UX Designer - content design (Atlanta, GA)

Bluepeak Bridge Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Atlanta, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our content design. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around insurance authorisations that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
