Senior UX Designer - content design (Anchorage, AK)

Rivermark Logistics is an insurance company in Anchorage with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our content design. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around policy renewals that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
