Senior UX Designer - content design (Anchorage, AK)

Rivermark Willow Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Anchorage, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our content design. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around release testing that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in release testing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
