Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Tucson, AZ)

Fernwood Granite Markets Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around supplier deliveries that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in supplier deliveries. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
