Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Tucson, AZ)

Nova Harbor Banking Services is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around fraud alerts that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in fraud alerts. • Experience running usability tests.
