Lumen Sable Markets is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around supplier deliveries that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in supplier deliveries. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
