Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Quill Health Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 104 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around electronic records that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in electronic records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
