Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Seattle, WA)

Foxglove Orchard Health runs clinics and patient services around Seattle. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on accessibility review. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around electronic records that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in electronic records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
