Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Timber Pharma Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around batch records that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in batch records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
