Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Seattle, WA)

Greenridge Fox Pharma is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around release testing that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in release testing. • Experience running usability tests.
