Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Meridian Health Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around clinic supplies that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in clinic supplies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
