Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Seattle, WA)

Summit Thistle Pharma develops and makes medicines in Seattle. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on accessibility review. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in regulatory filings. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
