Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Seattle, WA)

Silverline Clear Health Group is a healthcare provider in Seattle with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on accessibility review. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
