Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Orchard Health and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around electronic records that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in electronic records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
