Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Seattle, WA)

Cedar Ridge Learning Group is an education provider in Seattle serving students and families. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on accessibility review. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around student accounts that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
