Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (San Antonio, TX)

Ironwood North Pharma develops and makes medicines in San Antonio, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around cleanroom operations that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
