Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (San Antonio, TX)

Bright Insurance is an insurance company in San Antonio with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on accessibility review. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Design for tasks around premium billing that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in premium billing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
