Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Sacramento, CA)

Silverline Summit Pharma Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
