Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Sacramento, CA)

Northwind Thistle Markets is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around pricing that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in pricing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
