Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Rochester, NY)

Silverline Wilder Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Rochester producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 158 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Design for tasks around release testing that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in release testing. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
