You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around store inventory that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in store inventory. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
