Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Rochester, NY)

Highbridge Meridian Health Group is a healthcare provider in Rochester with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Design for tasks around insurance authorisations that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in insurance authorisations. • Experience running usability tests.
