Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Richmond, VA)

Silverline Lantern Pharma is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in quality documentation. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
