Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Corner Medical and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around regulatory submissions that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in regulatory submissions. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
