Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Westbrook Corner Pharma develops and makes medicines in Spokane, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around cleanroom operations that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in cleanroom operations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
