Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Silverline Thistle Financial is a financial-services company in Jackson, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around customer onboarding that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
