Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Nova Rook Community Partners is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for food distribution, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around food distribution that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in food distribution. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
