Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Rivermark Rook Markets is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around promotions that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
