Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Rivermark Willow Community Partners is a Kansas City charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in donor records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
