Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Rivermark Fox Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of about 824 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
