Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Foxglove Corner Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of about 462 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around classroom supplies that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
