Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Ironwood North Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Cleveland producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around cleanroom operations that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
