Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Rivermark Vista Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Denver, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Design for tasks around meal programmes that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in meal programmes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
