Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Ironwood Beacon Financial Partners serves customers across El Paso with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on accessibility review. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around regulatory reports that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in regulatory reports. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
