Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Lumen Fox Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Jacksonville. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of about 391 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around training materials that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
