Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Willow Pharma and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
