Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Foxglove River Community Partners runs community programmes across Philadelphia, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 160 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around client intake that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in client intake. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
