Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Kestrel Financial Partners and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around account servicing that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in account servicing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
