Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Harborlight Pine Financial serves customers across Seattle with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around regulatory reports that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in regulatory reports. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
