Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Timber Pharma and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in regulatory filings. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
