Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Westbrook Orchard Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Salt Lake City presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around school partnerships that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in school partnerships. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
