Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Fernwood Wilder Pharma develops and makes medicines in Sacramento. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
