Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Greenridge Sable Community Partners is a Orlando charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of about 384 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around grant reporting that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in grant reporting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
