Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Foxglove Junction Community Partners Group is a Seattle charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around volunteer shifts that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
