Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Cedar Granite Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Atlanta, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of about 232 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in payment disputes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
