Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Foxglove Ridge Early Learning runs childcare centres in Orlando caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around licensing records that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in licensing records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
