Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Westbrook Ember Financial serves customers across Orlando with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on accessibility review. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around vendor spend that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in vendor spend. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
