Senior UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)
Westbrook Clear Arts Center · Remote · full time
Westbrook Clear Arts Center is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for ticketing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work.
You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home.
What you will do
• Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people.
• Design for tasks around ticketing that people do under time pressure.
• Maintain a small design system of reusable components.
• Audit screens for accessibility and readability.
• Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails.
What we are looking for
• A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens.
• Care for plain language and accessibility.
• Two or more years of UX or product design experience.
• Comfort with Figma or a similar tool.
Nice to have
• Background in ticketing.
• Experience running usability tests.
Working arrangement
• Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule.
• Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids.
• Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
